The Flemish government will host its second edition of Open Data Day this year in June, and will feature both keynote speeches and interactive sessions. Keynote speakers include Phil Archer,  W3C's 'go to person' for open data and eGov in Europe, and Chris Taggart, the developer behind @OpenlyLocal and co-founder of @OpenCorporates. Other speakers will include:
